Terms of Service

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account, projects, and API keys. Keep credentials private and notify us if access may be compromised.

Permitted use

Use Meldport in accordance with applicable law and the Acceptable Use Policy. Third-party model creators retain their own names, rights, restrictions, and output limitations.

Prices, wallet credit, and packages

Published rates may change before a new request. The price version attached to a request governs its settlement. Wallet balances are service credit, not cash or a transferable financial instrument. Model Packages are restricted to the stated model and expire under the terms shown before purchase.

Availability and changes

Models and routes may be paused, deprecated, or removed for safety, legal, quality, or operational reasons. Meldport does not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular model's continued availability.

Intellectual property

You retain rights you hold in submitted content and remain responsible for having permission to process it. Meldport owns its service, software, documentation, and branding. Use of a third-party model does not grant affiliation with its creator.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, nonpayment, legal requirements, security risk, or material breach. You may request account closure from the dashboard. Required financial, security, and audit records may be retained after closure.

Liability

The service is provided subject to applicable law. AI outputs can be inaccurate or unsuitable, and you must review them before material use. To the extent permitted by law, Meldport is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
